Kelly

Owner & Esthetician

Kelly graduated from, Independence College of Cosmetology for Esthetics in 2006. She has been working and specializing in waxing in salons ever since. Waxing has always been her passion. After Kelly had three children she decided to open her own business and that's how #WAX was established. Since 2017 she has owned and operated #WAX in Lee's Summit.

Kelly enjoys caring for her hundreds of plants at home and at her business. She loves spending time with her three daughters and husband.

Cassandra

Esthetician

Cassandra graduated from Aveda Institute Los Angeles with her Esthetics License in 2018. She started her waxing career working at a wax studio in Hollywood, California for two years. In early 2020, Cassandra moved to the Kansas City area where she continued perfecting her esthetic skills. She has always taken pride in her brow shaping skills and always offering a welcoming environment.

In her free time Cassandra loves spending time with her three lovely children and her dog named Dino. When she's not at work she enjoys keeping up with all her favorite reality tv shows and spending time with her sisters.

Ari

Esthetician

Ari graduated from Xenon Academy of Cosmetology in Omaha in 2014 and has been out here snatching Brazilians and souls ever since. She started her waxing career in Prairie Village, Kansas. In 2021 she joined #Wax and loves turning nervous first-timers into “OMG why didn’t I do this sooner?” regulars.

Off the clock, she is spending time with her family, aggressively taste-testing every good restaurant, getting tattoos or thrifting.

Julia

Esthetician

Julia graduated from House of Heavilin Beauty College with her Esthetics License in 2022. She started doing services such as facials, waxing, sugaring, and brow lamination and tint in downtown Kansas City for two years before coming to #WAX in 2024. She has specialized in hair removal services in order to help her clients achieve their skin care goals.

Julia enjoys to spend time with two dogs, named Milo and Louie. When she's not at home with her dogs she can be found attending a Kansas City's Chiefs, Sporting KC, or Royals game cheering on here favorite players!
